    Hello,

    I'm looking to buy an active niche forum, preferably health or hobby related. Forum members must be active and legit (no spam accounts).

    No adult, warez, torrent, proxy, or technology related forums.

    I'm willing to pay up to $20,000 for the forum. Escrow recommended.

    If you're not selling but know someone that is selling their forum, I'm willing to pay you a generous finder's fee of 3%. So let's say you found me a forum and I bought it for $20,000, you get $600 just for helping out.
