    Hello,

    I'm looking to buy a niche forum, preferably health or hobby related, and must have active and legit members. No adult, warez, torrent, proxy, or technology related forums.

    I'm willing to pay up to $20,000 for the forum. Escrow recommended.

    If you're not selling but know someone that is selling their forum, I'm willing to pay you a generous finder's fee of 3%. So let's say you found me a forum and I bought it for $20,000, you get $600 just for helping out.
