    Hello.

    I want to buy active forums with AdSense revenue.

    Requirements:
    - MUST be active AND natural (not paid for posters etc.)
    - MUST have AdSense revenue of at least $5/month
    - MUST NOT have any kind of expensive forum license that I must renew regularly

    Budget = between 0 and 500 USD. I may be interested in paying more however.

    I will need you to provide me with all the proof I request regarding traffic and revenue before purchase.

    phbb forums are against adsense TOS I thiink though you may want to know before shelling out for one

    Okay are vBulletin forums okay with AdSense? And how much does a typical license cost?

    I am new to forums. If renewable licenses are unavoidable I'll just have to put up with it.

    phpBB forums are definitely not against the AdSense TOS. If you are stupid and try place the ad code on every page including registration then you are breaking the TOS, but this is easy to work around, it just requires a bit more work than slapping the code in the header and footer files and being done with it.
