    How old is the site please? Is this an auction or set price sale? What type of forum software is being used and is the license included in price? Traffic stats and revenue stats?

    Have owned the site for 7 or 8 months now but never got around to do anything much on the site. Was making $120 /mo from renting links for co-op. Adsense is still the previous owners. Didn't get around to that either.

    Most users, I think, are between 15 and 20. I'll set a bin when (and if) the reserve is met.

    The site is a year and a half old. This is an auction with a reserve price.

    Revenue : negligible/unknown - Adsense code still of previous owner.

    Stats : Not available. To preserve system resource. One of the reasons I'm sellingis because my server is overloaded now. Can provide vBulletin stats though.

    Hosting fee: Hosted on my server with other sites.

    vBulletin license : leased with a few months left. Might not be transferable.

    with only 18 pages indexed using the site: command, does it still have 12k in co-op weight. Can you please revalidate and then paste the exact weight number. I'm interested and will bid $200, but please respond to the question.
