Hey guys I am selling http://www.dsifanboy.com/

This forum is about the Nintendo DSi. The forum has been up for a couple months. The domain has been around for a couple months longer. Domain is PR1 currently.

We have had over 600 members register in the last 2 months. Mostly due to #1 ranking for the term "nintendo dsi forum" and other related phrases in Google search. 50% of traffic is Google organic.

    Members: 619
    Posts: 10,921
    Threads: 1,691
    UV per day: ~350
    Pageviews/month: ~200,000

The theme is pretty customized and looks very clean. The forum has many addons, including blog system, points system, anti spam, etc.

vBulletin is not included in this sale. You must have your own copy.

Starting bid is $200 and there is a hidden reserve in affect. Happy bidding!

Is this site monetized in any way? If so, can you provide revenue details?

    Thanks

It does display advertisements to guests only. You can view the ads after each post. Adsense ad's never displayed correctly. The ad's would either be public service ad's or the same ad over and over. I ended up taking them off of the site, but while they were on they made about $.50 per day, sometimes a dollar a day. I have adbrite ads on right now, and I am trying to see if those do any better.

I have also been working on the keyword "nintendo dsi" to rank better to bring in more traffic. I have managed to move from #92 all the way to #54 and it is still going down.

I also forgot to mention another revenue source, paid subscriptions. We have had a total of 5 subscriptions for a total of $60. 3 of those subscribers are now moderators, and one of them has donated an extra $20 per month and I believe plans on doing so for awhile. We have many posters that have over 500 posts, and many more that have over 250 posts. They are a good bunch of members.

Do the members know you're selling? Do you anticipate any backlash from your absence ?

I am more testing the waters on this sell, which is why I have a hidden reserve. I do not anticipate any kind of backlash. The 3 dedicated moderators love the community and will most likely stick around with the new owner.

Why are you selling? May I ask how much you make in a month? Average. Thanks.

I just have the namecheap hosting right now, it works fine. Monthy revenue is hard because it has only been up 2 1/2 months. With all donations and ad revenue, it comes out to be around $50 per month. Mostly from subscriptions.
