    Guys, I'm going to keep this short. If you are interested, just hit me up.

    I am selling www.jcyouth.com, it ranks on page 3 in google for "christian youth", and other terms.

    It is listed in a PR5 Dmoz Directory, multiple Google Directories and has 9,500 pages indexed in Google. The forum has a loyal member base and constantly has action going on there. You can see it for yourself.

    There are close to 13,000 backlinks according to Yahoo, you can check here:

    I honestly do not have time any more to maintain this site because I'm busy with many other projects. In fact, there are close to 700 members waiting for approval, I just haven't had a chance to go through them.

    I would like to sell this site to somebody who will continue to keep it alive and expand it. What I do not want is, selling it to someone who will shut it down and redirect the traffic elsewhere. Not only will that be pointless, but it just wouldn't be right for the loyal members who have been with the site for quite some time now.

    If you want to sell the site you will need to provide more stats, and screenshots of those stats.

    traffic, referers, revenue- adsense?

    June 2007 Stats - 449 Visits
    Revenue: About $40-50/month

    Not much, but you have a lot of potential there since there are active members who constantly make posts on a daily basis, therefore creating free content essentially.

    To make back the $5,500 investment, making $50 a month, it would take 110 months... That's 9 years and 2 months...

    I'm really tired, but $5,500 seems a tad high

    The site has value in quality of links and for its memberbase. I have not actively promoted on it...just adsense ads on it on 99% of it.

    I am open to offers.

    What happened in May? There seems to be a big spike in new member sign ups for May/June/July yet not much of an increase in posting? Did you kick off a promotion campaign then?
