    No license is not included as it's inactive anyway now.

    Private offer of $40 given which is being considered but not taken right now.

    I will take $60 buy it now if anyone wants it.

    The site has vBStopForumSpam installed so every single member is genuine and so is every post activity wont drop if you buy the site as long as you add time and dedication to it.

    1 member regularly gives £1 a month to the site since it started in donations.
