Buying Active Directory Domain Issues on Windows Server 2008 R2

    I need someone with to help resolve some issues with a Windows Server 2008 R2 Domain Controller.

    The situation:
    A Windows Server 2008 R2 server is doing DHCP on a network and isn't accessible to network computers (access denied errors when attempting to access any network share) and the connection no longer shows as "Domain" but as "Home" instead. Issues started to occur after the server was renamed, changing name back did not resolve the issues.
