Active Anime Forum and Website must let go

I am selling my Anime Website and Forum because I do not have the time to manage the forum and Site any more:

It is a great community all people there are great to work with, but it takes time to manage the Site and Forum its active all day long you will always see people there, this Website-Forum will be great for someone who likes Anime and wants to put some time and keep up with the grow.

Income- Asume there is no income, I have just put adsence for testing, but you can earn money using diferent advertising beside adsence, I just dont have the time for it.

Site Forum uses VBulletin it does not have permanent license the license I have is the paid year by year license there is still left between 7 or 8 months aprox.

The domain name is hosted with namecheap.com free push will be available.

This is a very good oportunity to purchase a Site-Forum already running with members all you need is to keep working on it.

At this time I do not have a BIN in mind, but if the offer is reasonable I will sell the Site-Forum.

Hosting is only about 11 dlls per month, I will let you have my account so that you dont need to transfer the Site-Forum but if the buyer wants to remove from there that will be his desition, I will not make the move buyer must do this.

I almost forgot the forum includes also an arcade section with games already there is pretty complete.

Yes the buyer will get the vb license for 7-8 months, CristianR no there is no revenue as mentioned in the post, I will get the traffic details and post them a little later today, but there is plenty of traffic and as you can see there are always users in the Forum.
