Im selling my forum, http://promotion-source.com. The forum is a Promotion/Webmaster Community (mainly promotion but we do both) where people can advertise their sites, forums, blogs, referral links etc. and talk about running online websites for free. The forum is powered by phpBB and comes with a custom theme (exclusive to Promotion-Source.com), a custom articles modification (exclusive to Promotion-Source.com) you may view the articles page @ http://promotion-source.com/articles/ it also has articles submitted which are included I wrote most of the articles so they are my own work if not then they are listed under our articles license (http://promotion-source.com/articles/license/), I also integrated a contact form, which can be located @ http://promotion-source.com/contact.php, I have also integrated a domain tools script into the forum's design located @ http://promotion-source.com/domaintools/index.php ive also edited the script to my liking, the forum also comes with a lot of phpBB modifications installed by myself, a lot of them have been edited to my liking by myself also. The forum has a total of 9 volunteer staff, not including myself, these staff members are very loyal to the forum and do a very good job.

The forum is the 3rd largest forum on the net in it's main niche and the 2nd largest forum on the net in it's main niche that is self hosted (not using a free forum hosting service). The domain is registered @ NameCheap, therefore I can push it to your NameCheap account for free, the domain also expires on the 08/15/2011 so you don't need to renew it for at least another year and a half. The forum is hosted @ HawkHost on the Basic plan which is more then enough, ive had no trouble with HawkHost, they offer great support, good uptime etc. almost a perfect host. The hosting is paid for until the 11/08/2010 so you still have a good 4 or so months left.

Social Networking:

I only created a twitter account for this forum located @ http://twitter.com/promotionsource, it currently has 111 followers. Each post has a social networking "share" feature, which a user may click the button and it will take them to the social network and they may tweet, write about it etc. currently only twitter, delicious and facebook are supported, along with an rss feed of each topic.

Revenue:

Ive made around $120 in revenue from the forum, I sold a couple of forum sponsorships in various forums set on a fixed price, I also have received $20 in donations, with a total of 3 donators. Ive also received 2 HawkHost referrals from the forum sponsorship I put up myself in the Marketplace, you will also get the referrals with the hosting account. I have not used Adsense on the forum, however if you do you can possibly make at least $5+ a day. Ive treated the forum as a non profit organization, as I knew id never get back at what I invested into it, being time and cost wise, it was more of a hobby then anything, but as time changes we grow out of our hobbies therefore I felt it's time for a change.

The forum ranks very well for some decent keywords such as Promotion Source, Forum Promotion and a few others.

What you get if you buy the forum:

1. The HawkHost hosting account paid for until the 11/08/2010 (which you can keep it hosted with HawkHost, or move it to another host, it's completely up to you).
2. The PR2 domain (promotion-source.com) pushed to your NameCheap account which is paid for until the 08/15/2011.
3. The forum software which is phpBB (free forum software) with the custom style, articles mod (both the style and articles mod will not be used elsewhere) and the other modifications installed.
4. The database which will never be resold and will be kept unique to Promotion-Source.com.
5. The articles located in the articles database @ Promotion-Source.com/articles.
6. The twitter account, http://twitter.com/promotionsource.
7. The custom smiles exclusive to Promotion-Source.com.
8. Anything else that you see on Promotion-Source.com.

Note: It will be your responsibility to change all the details within the hosting account, twitter account etc. I will not take care of any of that.

I will also stay on the forum for a month to help you get started and teach you everything you need to know to run the forum successfully, however if you need anymore help after that I will then charge a fixed rate (cheap though).
