Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask. I have a free service site where users need to register and activate their account using their emails. (Activation is automated) I noticed users using AOL or Comcast email accounts never seem to receive any of my activation emails. No problem with free emails accounts like Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo mail, activation emails seems to get through, might be inside the JUNK folder. What should I do to ensure all the activation emails goes into Inbox (not junk/spam folder) ?
You should learn what element of your activation email is triggering the block by aol. then correct it.
