I got Payoneer card from oDesk but don't seem to be winning any projects or in 80% cases projects remain frozen for months, is there any way to activate payoneer card.I tried to depo into GAF account but widthraw into Payoneer but GAF support said they don't allow this kind of transaction.ANy good alternative?
You can activate your Payoneer card without getting paid just go online to their site, but if you mean loading the card with funds you need to get a company to load money on to the card. Sorry I cant help you win any bids

You need to do two things to activate the card, one would be to enter the card number when you receive and the second would be load the card so that you cover the initial fees. I believe that if the card has zero balance for 2 consecutive months, it would be deactivated. I believe that most services such as oDesk and GAF are not currency exchange services and they do not have the necessary license to engage in such activities and thus prohibits you from using them to load up your card. You could load your card up by using your own personal VISA or Mastercard. If you do not have one, you can get your family or friends to do it.
Activating it is easy.. Just go to payoneer site, login and activate it. Or is your problem about how to load it?
I received activation letter from payoneer and entered the card number and pin number in payoneer website. It became active. No problem. Just receive the activation letter.
Just make sur you don't keep it unloaded (with no funds) for too long, I think that you will lose it after 3 months of inactivity
