ActionScript Custom Build Flash Player with Encryption - Budget $300

    I need an experience Actionscript programmer to make a flashplayer for it. It doesn't have to be done from scratch but, I need it to have all the functions of a normal flashplayer.

    I also need some sort of encryption build in to it. I have an idea of what I want but, I don't have a PSD avaliable.

    Please pm me some samples, and approximate time that you require.
