Actionscript 3 Developer Needed

    I need an action script developer knowledge in AS3 to modify an open source flv player (jeroenwijering flv media player) to do the following:


    Create a custom skin for us
    Add in pre-roll and post-roll functionality
    Add in some lines of code given by a 3rd party company
