action error for my site in yahoo site explorer

    When i login into yahoo site explorer, under my sites > actions there was
    a link 0 active where i find this statement, "There is no history of actions, such as Delete URL, on this site in Site Explorer." What does it mean? :eek:

    I never had such kind of problem, did you received any email from them? Does it show any help button near this statement?

    no i don't receive any e-mail yet and yesterday i submitted all my sites and today i find this error. and there is no help button.
