Acronym domain names... good Idea?

    lets say i wanted to market a website for fat girls and called it fguith.com (fat girls up in the house.com) ... just an example... do you recommend something like this vs saying exactly what your site is about in your domain? what are the pros in cons in your opinoin

    It depends. It is better to have the actual words, but if the actual words are really really long, then, ya, go with an acronym.

    I'm not sure about the fguith.com, but it can definitely work if it is done right. It's a great idea to use if that particular domain has been bought by some low life "business" that buys up as many domains as they can.

    Try to make the acronym another word, or at least something kind of clever.

    I would personally prefer an acronym that kind of means something. Get creative, see what you can come up with. :)
