Acquiring Link Partners

Hello!! everyone could someone suggest how to have Link partners? coz we have a site that's about Fashion and Designer Trends.. and it is a new site that needs traffic and Ranking.. thanks..

 

Link to other fashion designers and fashion design trend sites then ask them for a link back.

Or you could simply ask people for a link if you think your site is of quality that they might do this for.

 

Here in forums is the best way to find link partners.
