ACP login problems

Recently i installed a new phpBB board.
but im not able to login in ACP coz my IP keeps changing often.

This is a big problem for me.
Can any1 help me in solving this puhleez ?

 

I haven't used phpbb for a long time, but why does it block IP's? Other ACP like IPB and vB never block or care for the admin IP.

 

I faced this similar problem in my IPB board too.
but then it was rectified in init.php where the ip address field was made 0.

I dont think phpbb is blocking my ip, but it might be a cookie problem, etc.

I tried to clear all cokkies n enter but still no success

Nope, i dint ban myself.
Im able to login but aftr numerous tries.
and in the ACP, there r 2 IP addresses for ma name.
thaz the problem causing it.
how do i disable that IP logging ?
