I had a guy build this site for me yesterday... and it's acting up again... can someone help me?

    My site is www.sneaknik.com

And when you type in an URL, you get this message (you can try it to confirm)

"URL Error (0): An error has occured while trying to browse through the proxy.
Failed to connect to the specified host. Possible problems are that the server was not found, the connection timed out, or the connection refused by the host. Try connecting again and check if the address is correct."

Can someone tell me what the problem is???

    Thanks in advance!!

hmm, well, too many questions to ask here to truly debug your situation - but is your site going through 1 proxy?... can you view the proxy and verify it's actually working? - that would be my first guess. If you verify the proxy "is" working then check your code... but proxies are VERY unreliable so I am guessing the Proxy is actually down

Ok... how do I verify that my proxy is working? Sorry, I've built dozens of sites, but am totally new to Proxies..

As for the ads on the proxified pages... that's not a proxified page, it is an error page... and it's only showing up because of the error.

Guys thanks for the tips.. I won't have access to my home PC until Sunday night, I will re-upload all the files first.. and then I will try the remedies. Will post what worked and pay the appropriate person.

If you're still having troubles, I believe I might be able to fix it. You're also missing a vital code you left out. Replace your body with this:

Thanks... once I get home tomorrow night, I will try a few things I thought of today and then will try everyone's suggestions. Where exactly should that code go?

Ok.. got a chance to swing by home before heading out for dinner... so this is really strange. It works fine on my home pc!!! WTF??

I notice it works perfectly well when I go to www.sneaknik.com, but I still have the same problem when going to http://sneaknik.com

Any ideas why? And it won't work at all in Firefox... grrr..
