After $450,000 offer rejected, ACE Limited filed and lost UDRP arbitration.

Great to see that it went the right way. Hate companies that think they can steal generic domains from people like that. They are scumbags.

I totally agree. Makes me want to get a registered trademark on one of my domains...someone else bought every other version and constantly asks to buy the .com from me.

come on, the domain industry is like real estate, if ACE did not register the domain then they cannot claim it just like that. If ACE limited would have gotten ACE.com then it would have led to major disputes with a lot of other companies, as anyone can open a company and say well I am called SCA Limited so SCA.com is mine for example but that would be stupid. The domain industry is first come first serve. Also its funny how most disputes are bout 3L domains (because they are the most valuable)

Just wait until SB 2661 is passed while you all are sleeping...then you'll see some shit...
In case you don't know Olympia J. Snowe, R-ME has proposed the Anti Phishing and Consumer Protection Act of 2008 to mask reverse hijacking by the likes of big corporations. Click on the link. Read my blogs, then google it and get involved...

just read up on this, I think this will hit the internet business big time and destroy the industry in general. But if they are going to pass the law. Then there is no point fighting it as nothing is going to change it. This is stupid!!

thanks, I will also put it on my signature so more people can see it.
