    Here is the deal:

1- I invest no money into online marketing campaigns. With that said, traffic, PR, and income are all organic. Therefore, this is the hardest, and most efficient way to build a foundation for a site. The revenue for the site is high when consindering that I invest no money into the site.
2- The site was professionally designed and coded by a freelancer. I have a custom CMS through Joomla. The design, infrastructure, content, and original ebook would be undervalued if I were to sell the site for $1,000 USD.
3- Google Adsense has banned the site due to invalid clicks, which never really were invalid. However, I have heard that when a domain is transferred to a new individual/entity, Google removes the block, this can be confirmed through Google if you call them.
4- Here is an idea of traffic stats:
    today - 72 visitors, 312 hits
    this week - 485 visitors, 1346 hits
    this month - 1253 visitors, 7023 hits.
5- Revenue for past 3 months:
    March - 70.35
    February - 249.97
    January - 39.99
6- As you can see, income variates with how many times I keep the content of the site current per month. I did not do any updates for the month of March, and none that I remember for the month of January. New updates adds more density in search engines, therefore more traffic. So unless you plan on doing a marketing campaign and/or hiring a content writer, expect revenue to decrease.
