Accounts disabled?

    Hello,

    I have some troubles with two of my accounts : "1001-bons-plans" and "lecriduslip". When I try log in or retrieve my "forgotten" password I have a message which says that these users are not active.
    I have this message since a long time but before this morning I could log in it througth my others accounts by clicking on "Go to master" but these link doesn't seems to appear any more in my control panel.

    Can you help me please?

    Can you tell me why 1001-bons-plans is banned and what can i do to change this situation?

    I don't know what is "linkvault" so I don't think that I use it...
