    I am developing an mobile app about accounting and finance. What would you consider the most pertinent information or concepts that should be put into this app?

    I want to be able to create invoices on the fly, check bank statements against open invoices and see the balance for a customer so that if they call we can negotiate catch up payments (if necessary).

    You'd do well to download the app for Xero and see what it offers. It's a hugely competitive market and I'd have thought it would be a hard one to break into.

    Put something about Payroll, Invoices and Estimates..
    Make it more user friendly since it's all about finance and accounting..
    Put an online tutorial for your app.

    an accounting app, geez bro you going down the rabbit hole here. basically everything i want to see. i won't use a half assed app with few functions so you may well look into making an entire program as opposed to an app. If you gonna do it, do it right.

    I want this app to have some reminder popup for any activity which is pending. For eg. any new payment to be made on so and so date. or any payment to be receive from so and so client.
    This would be really helpful.
