Good two-word generic phrase for finance, but I think you would have a challenging time monetizing it as a name for a web site and I don't think it would bring in too many visitors as a type-in or category term. I'd say low $xxx's unless it gets lots of traffic.
Undeveloped and without any traffic, I would say low to mid $xx. The biggest problem with it is it is too long. That is why it was not already registered prior to a little over a week ago. If you could catch someone really wanting the name for a credit card site, you might fetch a good price.
