Account Upgrade Fees?

    I have been getting weird automatic chargers without me knowing it for a while now in my PayPal account. Now in Nov I upgraded my membership and for some reason on the 4th my Paypal account was charged twice in 1 day here are the transaction Id's for the upgrades! I got charged twice this month and once per month for the past several months

    There is no mechanism for us to pull money from your PayPal account. The way recurring transactions work is the PayPal user needs to first set them up.

    I just checked the listed transactions, and they are as follows:
    0K504015BG125404X = Nov 4
    28B34267M1781874E = Dec 4
    1JN27036921197302 = Jan 4
    75D02461C4645420D = Feb 4

    Do you have additional transaction IDs that show you getting charged more than once in a month or twice in one day?
