Account suspended wtf?

I got this email after I realized that the impressions were absurdly low and I inquired as to this absurdity. Without being notified that my account was under review, and after giving out a $5 setup fee, I got this email. Mind you this email does not really explain the infraction that the site in question has committed.

The advertised site is http://sweirydentistry.com, the ad is also very simple, something like: SweiryDentistry.com, superb family and cosmetic dentistry, many forms of insurance accepted, complete url. No crazy capitalization or re-stated phrases or terms.

$5 down the drain - I am very disappointed!

Is that name trademarked maybe? Maybe some other company has already registered that business name.

No, highly unlikely. It is actually a very unusual last name to start and it is the dentistry field. I just feel very neglected as a consumer of Google adwords, having paid them $5 with no return on it whatsoever. Although $5 is not a significant amount, it is the principle of the matter. Give me something with my monetary investment, besides a blanket statement - don't make me guess as to what I did wrong. Otherwise, REFUND my money.

Is there some sort of 302 redirect there? If there is, it might look like cloaking to google.

The site was recently updated. And some of the old links were still indexed, and only recently like a day ago have SOME of the new links been indexed -- still not 100%.

But, the ad wasn't pointing to a 302. The ad was pointing to the domain, which went straight to the front page... which was working fine and dandy. I do not see what the heck the problem is.

While Adwords is a great advertising medium, my only beef with them is not giving advertisers more details when a problem arises. You are not alone in thinking what the heck I did wrong. As a expert, I know the rules and don't ever get that sort of email. However, too many people jump in without seemingly reading or understanding their terms with the not so surprising result that their account gets suspended.

I'd suggest emailing them and try to get more details. Your problem may be your ads. Maybe you could show us what kind of ads you are running. Some keywords too. You can also hover over the status bubble of each keyword to see your QS and what Google considers your problem: relevancy or landing page.

Only way to solve this one is by looking at your account. You did something they didn't like.

$5 was actually for the fee to review your account, so no refund there.

    happened to me many times.
