I have an account which has the weight consolidated and zeroed out. Who can I e-mail to look at this?

    The account is seamless-golf

Did you just point it to the master in the last hour?

There's only support via the forums, no e-mail etc.

Best to give a detailed description of the issue.

I think the problem is that the weight was originally linked to another account which was suspended. I believe the site was suspended for running the coop and link vault together. I was unaware of the TOS and I apologize.

I would you to unsuspend the account jseamless as I have removed all instances of the coop and link vault together. I think this will solve my problem.

As long as it's not linked to the account now (consolidating weight to a suspended account) it should be fine.

    Shawn,

There is no drop done list to consolidate account named seamless-golf.

Also can you please reactivate the account of jseamless? I have removed all TOS violations.

If you consolidate your weight into another account, all the weight goes to that account (which is why you see -4411 on that account... it's sent to another account). What's the URL of your banned account?

If it runs on the main directory of the site (the root), it would need to run on every page within the site and would conflict with where you have Link Vault links.

I thought you could run forum links via link vault and main site via coop. I stand corrected.

If that is the case can you just go into my banned account and release the weight of my seamless-golf account?

If your main site was within a directory that did not have the forum as a subdirectory (for example www.yoursite.com/content/) it would be fine.

There's nothing for me to do on this end to mess with your weight. You just need to go to that account's settings and change it.

I can not log into the banned account to release the weight.

There is nothing in the un-banned account pointing to the banned account. That is why I am requesting your help.

I think I'm confused on what you mean then. If you consolidate your banned account into another account, it wouldn't matter because the weight simply wouldn't count. If you consolidated a different account INTO your banned account you would need to log into the account you are consolidating FROM and change that under it's account settings.

Odd... okay, I bound your account to a different one, then released the bind and it seems okay. I'm going to check on the backend of why that's necessary.

Also, I'm working on something that will let you exclude certain folders/files, etc. from needing to run ad network ads on a per account type basis. So you could do what you want at that point (just set an exclusion for your forums directory).
