Hi,
I got the same message and email too. I woke up in the morning and I login to my account it still ok. I went out and came back and login again. It gives me the message. I am sure I just had one account ONLY and I don't have any previous account before. I hope to copy and paste the content of the email but based on term and condition, I can't say out the whole content of the email.

The ads still work but the account is disabled. I had already reply back to google and hope to receive a positive reply soon. Afterall, it could be just a misunderstanding Trying to keep myself optimistic.

nope.. i did not use the referral program at all. not even copy n paste the code to my sites.

Yup..funny thing is my ads still working in all 3 of my website. But until now, i still get the message when trying to login.

 

could it be a mistake from google? I remember I just applied ONCE for my adsense account. I don't have any previously account before...

That's not really funny, the ads will disappear completely in a few hours. I would email them now and find out why they banned you.

dzcap... you have some special connection with the google? if not, what is the different between u n him emailing?

 

As for me, really stupid of me.. i go and apply for 2nd one after i got approved and stupid me, of using the same name for both application. Eventhough different email account. Was thinking of using the 2nd account for other of my website. I didn't know it was not right at that time. Nintendo was right should have came in DP check out 1st.

But my mistake make me a big big mistake now.

Write a mail to google about everything including that you never thought it would violate the terms by having two accounts in the same name and you are sorry for not going through the terms ,policies and faq and also that you will adhere to it in future.. you can also quote this thread ..


I think they will surely find a way out for you if you have done nothing wrong.
