    Hi,

Does anyone's hosting account in Domain.com has been locked by system administrator? I have experienced this problem since last week.
The time I noticed my website become unavailable from internet, I tried to log-in to my hosting account at Domain.com to create support ticket on the problem I have experienced.
However, after keying-in my log-in details, it told me my account is being locked by system administrator and has to contact the administrator to unlock my account. I have followed
the link provided to write in to Domain.com. The next day, domain.com replied my email by asking me to click on the link in the email to reset my password. After clicking the link and keying-in all
the required information, the system directs me to another page, which is back to page telling me that my account is locked by Domain.com and has to contact them to unlock my account.

I have followed all the instructions over and over again, sending more and more emails to Domain.com. Until now, except the first email, they even didn't reply my email and explain to me what has happen to my account. They didn't solve the problem too... I have 4 websites under same hosting of Domain.com, all of them are site downs. Plus, my hosting is going to expire on this 14 of September. How can I renew my hosting when I am not able to log-in to my account.

Does anyone knows how to contact Domain.com other than sending email to support team or call to their company? (I am based in Brunei, can't afford international call)
Does anyone have Domain.com's manager or boss's email?
