Account Limited. Still not restored.

    I had my Indian Paypal account limited 8 months ago. There are currently NO open cases but in the limitation review it showed me Two options:

    1) Confirm your Bank Account
    2) Proof of Adress

    Now, I've confirmed my bank account successfully cuz in the limitation review window it says :
    Required Response Status Action

    1) Confirm Bank account Information Submitted Complete
    2) Proof of Address Waiting for your response Resolve

    I've uploaded the necessary documents; My Driving License and College Library ID Card. to paypal. These files even appear in the submitted documents section.

    So why is Proof of Address 'Waiting for your response'?

    You need to send them a copy of latest "utility bill" of your house. You may also give them a call.

    you need to submit a full English language document like passport, utility bill.

    I had this exact same problem and had to send them a scanned copy of a photo ID and it was put back on in about 1 day

    You have to send them any of your recent utility bill. If you don't have one contact them and tell what are the documents you have as proof od address and get their inputs to solve this quickly.
