Hello, DP. My account got limited almost a year ago, and I had 0.00$ on it. Now it has also got locked. What do u guys suggest to me? Should I open a NEW account, and after that am I going to have any problem because there are two accounts with same IP? The old one that got limited and the new opened one. Please help out. Don't panic..paypal allows 2 acounts per person(1 personal & 1 premier/business)But I think you had better contact paypal first..

Some people are saying that Paypal allows 2 accounts but I had an account and they suspended/locked it and I opened a new account and it worked one time then it got flagged because my addressee on file/phone number/name information was the same as the one that was locked/suspended. While this is a paypal section of the forum, from hasting with them forever and never getting a response, I would recommend anyone else but paypal. Have you tried LibertyReserve or Alertpay?

Well.You can create a new one but you should add your bank account to verify it.There is no problem with ips
They do not track IPs. BTW, why your account is locked/limited ? you can have one personal and one premier account. I use more one personal and one premier account. My father also have a business account. we use same IP/PC. so do not worry about IPs. You need to check why you are limited for using PP. If you violated their terms, there is a chance of getting limited on your new account too.
Maybe you create account with diferent address with you credit card or create multi account is the only knows can limited you paypal account.
I hope to be so, and If I open a new one I'm going to add a bank account and verify it. I don't know why they Limited my account. I didn't see any said reason on there. This was my personal account, so now It's better to open a Premier one. I can't check anything now, cause my account got permanently locked. And, I don't really know why they limited and even locked my account. I have never sent any money by using that account, nor I've received any. No transactions whatsoever. Can you be more specified on what are you trying to reply, please. Didn't understand you.
No other option for you. Email them about your current issue. It will take many days to get restored. They will ask for proof, scan and email them.
If you do not know why they limited your account, then check with them what went wrong. email them and see what they say?
