Account limited for a case id that does not exist !

    Hello , this morning my account got limited for an unknown reason .

    I got this email from paypal claiming that i need to give them some more information regarding an open case i have ( they provide the case id number ) but the fact is that i do not have any case open . I also search with the case id number and i get the message case not found .

    What should i do ? I sent them 2 e-mails and they refuse to answer . I have customers waiting and paypal limited my account . Now isn't that massive luck ? :confused:

    Its genuine email from paypal ?? Have you checked that ??

    If its genuine then why don't you give them a phone call and clarify this ?

    Check if someone has disputed any of your transactions. You could Paypal via Skype for free at +18882211161

    i just called them and they told me that my case will be escalated . It will be reviewed within a week or so .... Rofl .. :/

    Directly call them and tell them the problem, that's their mistake, you just tell them to solve it
