Account in School

I'll access my account in school, which I think can have a lot of users. To whom should I send a message to say that my IP might be used by another user. Forums rules say that users should send a "message" to "them" to let them know about the situation.

Who are them? The moderators? Who specifically?

    Thank you very much

We normally make a user note when we are alerted that members share an IP/computer. Just be sure you do not bump, give rep or itrader to schoolmates. Doing so will place both of your accounts in jeopardy.

Thank you for such a reply. I asked this because aside from using this account in school, I have just restored my account just now. Also, I got two new connections at home, and both are from mobile carriers which I think will have multiple account issues since the whole community (where I live) are using the same cellsites which provide the broadband connection. Do you think I will have a problem with that? And if so, what shall I do to prevent being suspended again? Thanks again for your help.

As mods already said.. do not try to give rep, itrade etc to the person which shares Ip with you.until you follow the rules of DP, they won't ban you..previously it happened that two friends, hoosemates etc which shares ip are giving fake rep or itrade points to each other..it against DP rules and may suspend your account.
    make sure of it!
