Account has been banned

Hello folks,

I am opening this thread to take an issue to the public.
The story is that the member Czar http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=15245 which has over 1200 posts has been banned from DP.

He has asked me to PM admins to try to find out why he was banned and i have PMed DigitalPoint http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=1 which got back to me and told me that he was banned for duplicate account.

Czar says that he has no duplicate account and passed his info to me so i pass it to Digitalpoint to check but he didnt get back to me.
All i was asking is to check that out once again and if possible to contact Czar (his email has been provided in PM) and let me know why DP think that Czar has second account on DP as Czar says he has never opened duplicate account here.


Imagine,anyone can get banned and will not hear anything explaining why etc.
Even Google can get back to you and unban your account but the odd thing is that on webmaster forum for webmasters you cant find out anything and or get unbaned even if you are sure that DP has baned you by mistake you wont be given a chance to proove that DP has made a mistake.


I am not sure if there is the other way to get unbaned or if i should contact someone else but i am left over here with feeling that any account can get banned and you will be left over there without any chance to clear anything out.

All i was trying to do is to find out whats happening,without any emotions,screams or something,i was just trying to find out an info for a friend of mine.

Has anyone been in such a situation and was you able to fix that situation somehow ?

 

He will not get unbanned, end of story. No need for anyone to ask again, this is already the 3d thread or so and he has already annoyed all the mods.
