You will be suspended permenantly, I got limited 8 times, entered papers all the papers and they still found another reason to limit me. Paypal sucks seriously, dont use it. You will lose out.
PayPal suck guys this has happened to me numerous of time with no reason, the sooner people stop using it the better.

Hey this is a spam mail.. Just login to your paypal A/c I am pretty much sure your a/c won't have got Limited. I too got this without Case ID mail and when I login to my a/c I found it's alright. regards, BB
Blue[{bee}] , you are right How can we inform paypal about it ? Though mail came from paypal only but no link So very much sure that ITS not a PHISING mail.
You can forward it to , they will reply you about it. And don't worry you are not limited. Paypal will never send an issue without a CASE ID. I got this mail in morning.
