I have (had) an account and it seems to have been erased. Who should I get in contact with about this to see what can be done?

the url for the website was wm-community.com, but recently i sold it and I still had 15,000 weight from referral accounts. I was about to switch the website to a new domain i'm working on so that it would validate my account, but now I can't even log into it anymore.

Looks like the account was deleted when it was sold.

    How could it be deleted?
I didn't delete it... so who could have deleted it? I didn't give the password to anyone now did I receive any notification stating "your account has been deleted",so what would I be able to do to get my weight back?
I mean it was a pretty significant amount of weight and I lost it due to ?????

It was deleted by the request of the new owner of the domain so they could run ad network ads on it. If you sell a domain and no longer have control of it, the content of that domain is no longer "yours" (that includes ad network ads).

Why wasn't I notified of this? no verification or confirmation to see if the web-site was indeed his occured? So I can notify anyone and say "such and such" is my new domain, but someone else must be using it, can you delete their account, so the weight can be valid towards mine?
I was trying to log-on to change the domain to a site i'm currently developing, instead i've lost 15k+ of weight?

If you can prove the domain is under your control (for example changing content on it temporarily to verify), then yes... you would be able to.

I don't think I'm following you, you think you should have the weight of a domain you don't own or control? If you change the domain on an existing account, it's exactly the same as creating a new account. You aren't going to have the weight of the old domain either way.

So you've lost all those referrers :(

You'd think they'd just unbind the domain in question from your account!

I know I've lost the weight of the domain, but Jayess nailed the pin to the donkeys behind :) . It's the referring weight that I'm talking about. I know the domain is no longer mine, but my account was deleted and therefore I lost the referral weight. I don't mind creating another account for the domain I'm developing, but I've lost 15k+ in referral weight without any prior notification that my account was being deleted, when I could have simply changed the domain to the one i'm developing and I still would've had my referral weight.

The only referrals that were attached to the account were your own sites. When an account is deleted, the people referred by the account get their 10% weight back, so in reality, it's still the same since you control the accounts that were referred.

Well right now I can not login to the coop(for some reason it doesn't appear as a link on the digitalpoint menu[weird (see attachment)]) to verify that each eaccount will get their weight back, but will they still get the 10% weight even if they've reached their cap?

Well I just checked my account and NO I don't have the 10% weight added to each account, so therefor no it isn't the same. I would have 21,600 of referred weight in my account which I would still have if my account was never deleted.

Now I want to know is there anyway that I could possibly get this back or if I would just re-create the account and you(digitalpoint) just put my other accounts down as referrals? Or is this just one of the mistakes that serves as a learning step for the Coop-Network?

The weight of an account shows what the weight is BEFORE the referral bonus is taken out. You are welcome to sign them all up under new accounts if you want, but it won't change the weight of them.

I know it won't change the weight of them, but at least I will have the referral weight under the account I sign-them up for.
So how should I got about doing this? Will you just erase the accounts that way I can re-sign up and get the referral weight for the account I want? or How would the domains be removed in order for me to sign-up the domains back up to get the referral weight?
