account disabled

    I reported few days ago http://oil.octopis.com/equipment.html to google... and today the account is still working... why they do not ban him

    You post in the wrong forum, you should write in to Google instead, I don't think anyone here can answer that question. You have done what you can do, just let Google handle the rest.

    Could be they sent him an e-mail asking him to comply with TOS by a certain time or he'll get banned, who knows. I'd assume they receive thousands of these/day.
