Account Disabled

Hey guys some time ago my brother was using adsense on this computer under the same names and SSN... Then I come around one day and start doing it and then today after my 140$ mark I get a disable from adsense...

Any cahnce I can get it back with a appeal?

Well it was my brother (now at college) account and not mine so he got banned for the fraud then a few years laer i step in and they find this after about 5 months of adsense..

 

I'm trying REALLY hard to make sense of this. From what I understand you used your brother's account and he comitted fraud and it got banned. Why don't you make your own account? What magic answer are you looking for here? You made money through someone else's account which is against TOS to begin with and they got their account banned. You lost your money and that's that.

You can just forget that account.
They are not going to give you a penney.

You can say all you want and they are not going to pay you.

Since your name and ssn are not used, you can get an account.
But don't use that web site name as well.

You just need to startover.

You have to give google your SSN? Why was your brother using your number?

Bottom line, you're SOL.

 

I think you should now sign up for a completely new adsense account, with details and addresses different from the ones you used earlier.
