Few days back, my adsense was disabled due to tamper data reason regarding country.

With very less hope, I filled an adsense invalid click appeal form and i got this reply---------------------

As specified in previous emails, your account has been disabled because it was found to be in violation of the AdSense program policies ( https://www.google.com/adsense/policies ) and Terms and Conditions ( https://www.google.com/adsense/terms ). Our specialists found that tamper data was used to modify the country listed in your account. Changing your address in this manner is a violation of our policy guidelines.

Because your account has been permanently disabled, we will withhold payment of your account balance. As stated in the AdSense Terms and Conditions, Google reserves the right to withhold payments from publishers due to any breach of the program agreement.

However, if you would like the opportunity to become an active AdSense publisher again, you will need to submit a new application athttp://www.google.com/adsense/g-app-single-1.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

    -----------------------------------------------------

What does it mean? Can i reapply for a new account on my name?

    need help.......

Are you sure that you got this mail from Google adsense official mail address. Because everything looks ok except that even you have violated Google TOS still they are inviting you join again adsense. Strange !!

Possibly could be something to do with your friend and the way the account was set up, if he has also set up accounts for other people using the same IP address etc, also looks as if he might have set them up from a different country? or using a proxy server?

Looks like they closed the account and want you to set up your OWN account with the correct details from the start.

I would say the above user is right. if they applied for the adsense and Google used their Ip and header codes to read the correct country, then your codes showed up on your site, adsense might have determined a phony user was setting up accounts actually hosted somewhere else.

While that is quite common, possibly the cc needs a resident user or other license for the tld and they suspect transfer to you invalidates the real qualifying data.

Resubmit and possibly appeal for lost monies?

Your friend may have used this strange "Tamper Data" Firefox addon, while signing up for a new Google Adsense account.

See this article for more details. It explains how that plugin may have been used.

When Adsense disabled an account they deleted all data of an account except websites that published ads through disabled accounts. So any person can rejoin adsense with another email and original name and address.
