You can try to google for "banned adsense account." or something similar so you can read more about how to re-instate your account. There's also a sticky post on this page dealing with that issue. goog luck.
i've tried to call google. They always say they can't help me. Not only that but they can't even tell me why I was banned in the first place so I can't fix the issue if I make a new account just point me to the webmasters guildlines.
It's a pretty common situation now-a-days. They ban a range of account ids, usually related to one other by some means, such as, Adsense Referral or IP Tracking. It's not wierd that your account was banned, you do get a second chance to make a new account and start fresh again.. Good Luck..
Did you get the traffic naturally driven from legal source? Try to avoid MFA or arbitrage because this does not fit with Google bussiness. Did you share your IP with other account that have been banned before?

I woudn't bet on it. when somebody gets banned, there is just little to no chance for it to be retrieved. Heres what you need to do. Read the Terms and conditions carefully, you might have missed something there. Next time, don't do things that they won't allow like adult content and other things that can let you get hit by the banhammer again.
I think you have little chance to get your account back. Try opening a new fresh account or look for some good alternates to Google adsense
