They will not ban you without reason. Do not waste your time to email & wait for reply which you will never get from God-google. Get moving, find another network like Adbrite etc. Thanks
If you have done fraud clicks, then there is no way to escape from Google. Most of the people wants to earn quick money, this is really a bad practice. This will last for a month or two and you will get life time ban from Google. If you really need to earn money, focus on getting traffic rather than fraud clicks. You may earn less money in short time, but it gives you good money over a period of time and Google will not ban you if you have not violated TOS.
Account block is not permanent. It might hv been blocked for entering wrong pin and it wll be activated n 12 hours.

I wonder how criminalisc google really is..they ban an account that has $350 in it or more...do they do the right thing and return all the money back to its advertisers, or do nothing, basicly keeping the money so advertisers still suffer regardless...I hate advertising with google, why do you think they are a billion dollar empire and its advertisers are not...
No it isn't, and, considering you probably don't know the whole story, it's a bit harsh to be making assumptions. If the OP was already running a website with hundreds of UVs per day, $350 is certainly reachable.
I had my account blocked several months ago. I'm thinking it was from MFA sites I was running. I regrouped with Adbrite. I'm not making nearly what I was starting to make with Adsense, but I guess something is better than nothing.
I had wondered this same thing every time I hear about an account being banned. I know that you get credit for clickfraud in adwords, but do adsense account lose credit at the same time. If you had your account for 3 months, adwords gives you a credit fairly quickly. You would think that if google can track the clickfraud, why would they let and account sit around for 3 months collecting money (I'm sure we all know the reason)? I believe Google is keeping a large majority of the funds. I also think that one day we will be hearing about a lawsuit based on this very issue.
Google might have blocked your site on a suspicious ground. They would have reviewd your account by now. hope you get it as soon as possible.
The email you got was for copied content, no content, or breaking the TOS. Did you collect the animé from the net? if you did you may have copyright issues as well. If you made all your own animé you have a case. Acorn7

Adsense has been bitchy for some times. If you need help to get unbanned then I suggest you to read that blog post. Make sure your site is fully compilant with Google's TOS.
thats sad... i dont think that by generating another pin can block your account... i have heard this for the first time... btw now you have only one option... just contact them and describe the situation... if in any way you have not broke the adsense TOS then there are chances you may get it back best of luck and let us know what is the outcome.
