I paid several times for automated financial accounts .. my account affect wep page .. can be banned permanently wepsite

 

Really? So how do you think you can get your account reactivated?

 

You may be out of luck, I've heard some STORIES with people trying to fight with google, but I guess it can't hurt if you really think you can get your account reinstated. I say leave it alone, there are LOTS and LOTS of ways to get traffic and make money online without using adwords and I just don't see it being worth the hassle..... but that's just my opinion, good luck!!!

I mean automatic payment for multiple accounts with a billing address bureaucracy prone to wepsite

 

i think you should check carefully your page, and read policy google about landing page and payment. After that, fix mistake , and contact with google via email or telephone

 

it doesn't work, once you get banned you can never get it running again

 

You can get them back if you fix the things they do not like.

Well, you can drop a mail to support team of Google. They can help you in getting your account back.
Go to http://support.google.com then sent mail to adwords.
