    It's more than confusing, legally it is very risky ... for them as you are accused to be guilty of something not yet commited since it is RISK. They have a commercial contract with you, it must not obligation in one way but in both way.

    I wonder what they would do if it was a massive adsense earner like plentyoffish.com or some other big site that makes $100,000 month in revenue.

    I bet they wouldnt ban the site like they have here if they sensed dodgy clicks (not the site owner but a competitor or whatever)

    Google cannot be trusted at all IMO....they have just got too big for their own boots now.

    ALWAYS have a contingency plan

    I think If they haven't closed your account for fraud there is no problem. but play it safe and drop them an email explain everything the decide.
