Account ban was transferred to domain?

Hello. 4 years ago I had an arcade site on a .com domain. 3 years ago, my AdSense account was banned for invalid clicks. One month ago, I start a new site on that domain, a gaming blog. I put Adsense ads, from another account and I had 300 visits, 10 clicks and...0$. The domain is banned so, the account ban was transferred to account? Or is only invalid clicks and I can still use Adsense ads on it.
    Thanks.

When a domain is banned, it doesn't matter what account puts Adsense ads on it. If it was banned and you bought it from someone else, contact Google and explain you are a new owner and would like to put Adsense on your new site. Otherwise, the ban follows that domain around forever.

Yes, but the domain isn't banned. The other account was banned, 3 years ago. I can put ads on it. Visits are counted, but 0$ :(.

If Google Adsense bans a site, it tells you specifically that you can no longer put adsense ads on that site. If you did not receive such an email, but an outright banning of Google Adsense account, I think you can still place adsense ads on that site. The best thing for you to do is to wait for say a few more days to track the earnings. If there are still no earnings despite the clicks, then perhaps your adsense account and all your sites were banned.

Did you use your same information to signup for the new account? Google has tons of security measures setup to track duplicate signups.

I think the ban was not for the individual sites you created but for you. Through your first site you made invalid clicks to make money and you got banned. Now Google recognize you as someone who cheat their system. It doesnt matter how many sites you start, the ban will still be there until and unless you request them that it wont happen again, if possible.

    Thanks for your answers.
The problem persists. Still 0$ :(.
I should contact Google? I think is not a good idea to 'attract attention'...

If your site got banned it will stay banned regardless of whether you waited three years or not. I will also point out in opening up a second adsense account having your first having been banned you have majorly broken the (LEGALLY BINDING) TOS you signed upto in the first place. And that my friend is called fraud. You cannot go head to head with a multibillion pound corporation and try to get around there fraud measures. How dumb are you? Worse case they sue you or better still extradite you for fraud. As I have pointed out before they have around 100 people in the UK alone or so targetting fraud, and you think you can beat them? As I've said on here many time before don't sign up to the TOS without reading them, they are legally binding - If someone tried to defraud me of £5,10,40,000 I'd sue their arse off! If you think this is a game then find somewhere else to play - preferably in heavy traffic!

Sounds like the domain was banned as well as the account. Contact Google.
