I think revenue sharing system in forums is illegal

you can read this in adsense TOS here

you will find under Site and Ad Behavior section this :

(( Any AdSense code must be pasted directly into webpages without modification ))

    This is indirect not direct

I know that DP use it but DP I think it is trusted site for adsense

I want to make sure that it is legal for us "small publishers"

I am glad you that you even used the word "think" because you really made a big statement without doing any research

Adsense Revenue sharing is 100% Legal and allowed to all publishers

I asked Google Adsense Support Team a question regarding this some days ago

and here is the reply I got

    Hi,

Thanks for contacting Google AdSense Support. I understand that you would
    like clarification regarding our TOS.

You are allowed to share revenue amongst your site's writers; however
please be aware that you are responsible for the content on of any pages
associated with your AdSense publisher ID.

For additional questions, I'd encourage you to visit the AdSense Help
Center ( http://www.google.com/adsense_help ) or the official AdSense blog
    ( http://adsense.blogspot.com?utm_source=txft ). Alternatively, feel free
to post your question on the AdSense Help Forum (
    http://groups.google.com/group/adsense-help?utm_source=txft ).

    Sincerely,

    Marisa

DP is not modifying the AdSense code, it's basicaly pouting your AdSense code on the forum with a 50% (I think) chance of it being displayed.

if it was illegal, then a forum like DP would not use it. its a common practice in forums community where lot of other forums do it.

Best example of why it's not "illegal" is Blogger.

They'd have blocked DP by now if it was illegal.

By code modification, they meant any change to the code like for example making the ad open in a new window. Nothing of that happens with revenue sharing
