Accidentally made cpc $40.00 instead of .40 cents....help

    Well, exotic car dealers have extremely high profits so bidding $10 on something like 'buy lamborghini' or something similiar is nothing to them.

    You think someone will google 'buy lamborghini' and then buy the car online? You must be kidding. People who buy such cars go through agents or directly through well-known dealerships. They will not go online to search to buy that kind of car. You may be right that dealerships may advertise themselves locally and pay more per click because they will get thousands of dollars if they sell the car. I think I read somewhere that they got close to $20 per lead sent to the dealership. It was a Ford dealership I think. Basically, for anyone who was interested in buying a Ford in the area, you would get $20 if you collected their name, e-mail, and phone number. They setup a landing page and collected this info and then submitted it to the dealership.

    What you describe is very close to the business model of AutoByTel.com and other big auto lead sites. Similar pricing exists for commercial loan leads.

    I would hope that google would have some sympathy, but seeing as it was a mistake on your part, I highly doubt that they would refund you.
