Accidentally Grey

Debating on wether to post this or not  ...but here goes.

I have a page that became grey (as in white hat / grey hat / black hat) accidentally after a software upgrade. At least I consider it very grey, we'll see what you all think.

Each of the non-adsense images used to be links to other pages until the upgrade to our CMS broke the links. Now, bacially the only links on the page that work besides the menu is the one ad unit..top left.

Since this accident the CTR has went up fairly significantly on that page. Hmm..against the TOS? There isn't enough traffic there to make big $$, but I'm sure something like this would do well on a high traffic page.

My theory is that people are clicking images until they find one that works...which is the ad. Sheesh..I'm off to add crazy egg to that page....:D

I can here Google knocking on my door already

I could not find anything in the TOS at a glance but is there some clause that says that Adsense should not be the only outbound link from a page?

Thanks powwka...guess its my upgrade to IE 7 and not the CMS upgrade. Anyway, the CTR is still significantly higher....

    thanks Microsoft!

It's probably a combination of both. And you should get your links working again - just for your visitors' sake.
Sometimes I can't even click the picture ad by google. It's a bit strange - and I would not be surprised if google complained about this.
