Accidentally Deleted Wordpress blog. Problems with reinstall

    I mistakenly deleted my wordpress blog via my FTP account.

    I went into godaddy hosting control center to fix it. Now it says

    "Domain: newblog1.com | Aliased To: otherblog.com/newblog1"

    I tried to uninstall and then reinstall newblog1 as it's own and not under the otherblog.com as an alias (otherblog.com is a paid linux account I have with godaddy).

    It doesn't seem to let me separate the two so that newblog1.com one is not under otherblog.com. Any ideas? Or I can pay someone to fix it.
