Accidental PR5 What should I Do

Ok Just looking at some of my domains names and noticed that the domain I bought of my actual name has got a PR5.
I bought this domain about 6 months ago on special offer from godaddy but just didn't do nothing with it after wordpress stopped accepting sponsored themes and I stopped releasing themes.
It does however have 197 back-links in goggle and 3400 in yahoo from designed by links in themes released before the ban.
The domain itself is basically just a empty wordpress blog hosted on godaddy's free hosting.
What do you guys think would be a good way to get some money from it how much would blog-roll links be worth if i get some content in there.
If i upgrade from the free add supported hosting its using now on godaddy is this likely to affect the pagerank?

Any advice you can offer most welcome

 

If it's an empty blog, the obvious thing to do would be to put some good articles up (like 10-15) and keep updating it regularly. You could plug in some adsense or something and if the blog is focused on a good niche, you can promote some affiliate links. This is all very basic advice but I'm sure they could get you started if you haven't already

And I suggest you get some real hosting for it if you intend to make something out of it. From my own experience, GoDaddy's free hosting is terrible!

 

do a google search with your domainand you will the type of niche your site was listed for and start building the site on that topic

 

Built a site and sell it as PR5; you'll make a few hundred bucks from that.
Or just sell the domain as PR5...

 

build a front cover for the site with some content.. then make a link page and start a massive email campaign and do link exchanges with powerfull sites. You will consolidate your pr and in some time you will get massive traffic from google and all the other sites. You can monetize that and you will get much more than if you would have sold it in the first place.

 

thats great , just make a site on it and then sell it if you are in mood of generating some quick cash

 

You could offer link sales or blog posting for $$ in the Buy-Sell-Trade section. That is an easy way to make some quick cash.

 

buy sell trade (link sales) section could net you some revenue.

 

Or i would buy it for $100-$150 )

 

You can always sell it, if you need the $$

 

Make it as blog & start selling review post.

 

I suggest you to get hosting on dedicated server and update the content! I'm sure you'll increase your PR
