Accidental infraction?

So I made a thread and ofcourse, coming back from a year break I didn't know about the "no making a thread where people say pm me info" rule, so I go and make one of those. So I get my thread closed, and an infraction at 8:19 from private, and at 8:20 from the thread which I made the offense in. Is this normal or did a mod make a mistake?

 

If it says private, it means the post was deleted. I doubt it was a mistake. Looking at your thread you did ask for people to bump it, and you also bumped it a couple of times yourself:

Being away for so long time should had come to your attention all those sticky threads in several forums, as common sense often advises check around just in case rules had changed.
